Sriyas Pande is a Bay Area-based real estate professional and business owner with a background rooted in institutional real estate. He earned a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and a Master’s in Real Estate from Baruch College, giving him a disciplined foundation in valuation, market analysis, and strategic execution.
Prior to residential advisory, Sriyas participated in more than $5 billion in real estate transactions at a regional investment firm, with a focus on commercial and multifamily acquisitions and asset management. That experience gives him a holistic view of how properties are evaluated, positioned, and sold.
In 2024, he expanded his entrepreneurial experience by launching a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise, deepening his understanding of relocation logistics and the client experience during major life transitions.
